Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your JP3D.FAB purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused or only test-fitted, with no signs of wear and returned with all included parts. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Fitment:
Our hitch displays are designed for standard 2-inch receivers, but receiver dimensions, pin-hole locations, collars, and bumper clearances can vary. Please review the listed dimensions before ordering. Fitment-related returns are accepted within the 14-day return window as long as the item is unused and undamaged.

Custom or personalized items:
Custom-made or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
